June’s theme is Nurturing
There was a period of time where I thought nourishment was mostly about discipline.
Eating “well.”
Drinking enough water.
Taking the supplements.
Doing the practices.
And while those things absolutely matter, I’ve learned over the years that nourishment is much more layered than most of us realize.
Because I’ve met people who eat incredibly healthy diets and are still deeply depleted.
That’s the energy we’ll explore this month, and where growth becomes honest.
