Yoga brought me here. Not the Instagram version. Not the workout. The real thing – the ancient practice of coming home to yourself, breath by breath, pose by pose, truth by truth.
I teach yoga the way it was meant to be taught: as a pathway to healing, not performance. As a tool for nervous system regulation, not just flexibility. As philosophy you live, not just poses you practice.
This is yoga as medicine. Yoga as remembering.
Yoga as the foundation for everything else.
My Approach
I come from a lineage of depth – trained in hatha and vinyasa, rooted in Ayurveda, guided by teachers like Sarah Blondin, Adriene Mishler, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Davidji. But more than that, I come from lived experience.
I’m a former gymnast and competitive athlete. I know what it’s like to push, to achieve, to measure your worth by what your body can do. I also know what it costs to move in that way.
Slowing down changed my life. Learning to be with my body instead of against it. Learning that strength isn’t just effort, but also surrender and letting go. That the deepest work happens when you stop performing and start feeling.
I teach yoga as:
- Trauma-informed practice — honoring the nervous system, creating safety in the body
- Ayurvedic integration — working with doshas, seasons, and elemental wisdom
- Philosophy embodied — the eight limbs, the doshas, chakras, and more — not as theory, but as lived practice
- Accessible and honest — respecting the roots while making space for all bodies, all experiences
Yoga isn’t a workout. It’s a work IN. And I’m here to guide you through it.
