About Tylee

I’m Tylee – a whole-body wellness coach, yoga teacher, and space-holder devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves in grounded, sustainable ways.

My work centers around nervous system support, mindful movement, nourishment, intuition, and the lived realities of being human. I believe wellness isn’t something we force or get perfect. True, authentic wellness is something we learn to support more honestly over time.

Since 2018, I’ve worked with individuals and communities navigating burnout, life transitions, postpartum seasons, recovery, overwhelm, and periods of deep recalibration.

I’ve practiced yoga for over 25 years and have been teaching professionally since 2021, but over time my work naturally evolved beyond movement alone. What I noticed – both in my own life and in the lives of my clients – was that real healing rarely comes from pushing harder. It comes from learning how to feel safe enough to listen to yourself again.

The Whole-Body Wellness Blueprint was born during a season of my own healing and personal recovery, when I needed something gentler, steadier, and more realistic to return to.

I found myself coming back to the same foundational pillars again and again – not as rigid rules, but as supportive practices that helped me rebuild trust with myself over time.

Today, that framework continues to guide my work through five core areas:

  • Nervous system care – Grounding, regulation, rest, and creating greater safety within the body
  • Movement and embodiment – Mindful, sustainable movement that honors your energy and capacity
  • Nourishment – Whole-body nourishment rooted in both practical wellness and intuitive awareness
  • Intuition and connection – Deepening self-trust, inner listening, and connection to yourself and your life
  • Mindset and beliefs – Exploring the stories, patterns, and beliefs that shape the way we move through the world

This work is not about becoming a new person, but about learning how to care for yourself in a more connected, compassionate, and sustainable way.

Today, my work includes The Portal – a seasonal wellness membership offering ongoing support, practices, reflection, and community – alongside private coaching, retreats, workplace wellness, yoga teacher trainings, and educational resources rooted in the same intention: helping people feel steadier in themselves and more supported in real life.

I don’t believe wellness needs to be extreme to be meaningful.

I believe it needs to be embodied, honest, and sustainable enough to actually support your life.

If you’re looking for support that honors your nervous system, your season, and your whole humanity, you’re welcome here.
