
Powerful Monthly Workshop Exploring Yoga and Ayurvedic Practices
The purpose and intention of this gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to come to monthly to build community and deepen our yogic lives – on and off the mat. I believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know. I want to help you connect to THE most profound teacher – YOU.
Each month will have a theme to explore the many powerful and sacred teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Through various healing modalities, activities, discussions, and teachings, you’ll gain insight and tools to find inner peace and equip your spiritual toolbox for your journey to self-heal.

This circle is about returning to yourself with kindness.
Not fixing. Not pushing.
We will practice:
- Softening judgment
- Repairing your relationship with your own heart
- Offering yourself the same care you give others
- Letting compassion be practical, not aspirational
