Powerful Monthly Workshop Exploring Yoga and Ayurvedic Practices
The purpose and intention of this gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to come to monthly to build community and deepen our yogic lives – on and off the mat. I believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know. I want to help you connect to THE most profound teacher – YOU.
Each month will have a theme to explore the many powerful and sacred teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Through various healing modalities, activities, discussions, and teachings, you’ll gain insight and tools to find inner peace and equip your spiritual toolbox for your journey to self-heal.
Next Month’s Circle: February 28th
February | Gentle Repair
Gentle Repair is about tending the relationship with self after strain – emotional, seasonal, relational, or internal.
This circle teaches that repair doesn’t require intensity, excavation, or catharsis. Sometimes repair looks like staying, softening, and listening without judgment.
Saturday, Februrary 28th | 2:30–4:30 PM | Flow Yoga Georgetown
Gentle Repair is an invitation to slow down, soften the edges, and tend to what feels worn, tender, or quietly asking for care. This Sacred Circle centers the heart – not as something to fix, but as something to listen to.
Through gentle movement, breath, guided rest, and reflective journaling, we’ll create space for nervous system ease, self-compassion, and honest presence. You don’t need to arrive whole or healed. Just willing to be with yourself as you are.

What to Bring:
• You (and Your Bestie)!
• Journal & Pen
• Water
• Comfy Clothes
• Anything else you may want or
need for your mind, body, and soul.
What to Expect:
• Yoga Practice
• Discussion and Journaling
• Meditation
• Community & Connection
• Practices to Take Away
I am committed to creating a space where we can be fully human, honest, vulnerable, and compassionate in our connection.
This is a place for curiosity and depth, for asking the big ‘why’s’ and uncovering the roots of what truly matters. Through it all, I choose to lead with an open heart.
This is an invitation to not just heal, but to truly feel and rediscover yourself through presence, play, and deeper self-awareness.
