I’m Tylee, a Whole-Body Wellness Coach, yoga teacher, and creator passionate about guiding others toward deeper self-connection, balance, and vitality. My work weaves together holistic health, yoga, Ayurveda, and intuitive practices to help people feel more aligned in body, mind, and soul.
My journey into wellness began during a period of deep transformation – one that awakened my intuition, reshaped my path, and led me to step fully into my purpose.
In 2017, I experienced a spiritual awakening that heightened my energetic awareness and intuitive gifts. That chapter of my life became a bridge into holistic coaching, and after moving to Round Rock, I expanded into teaching yoga, offering workshops, and creating spaces for deep healing and self-discovery.
