I work with creatives, coaches, teachers, healers, and heart-led humans ready to live, create, and lead from their truth.Together we build a bridge between your body and your vision through my whole-body wellness framework, The Blueprint.

It’s not about fixing. It’s about remembering. Each 60-minute session is tailored to your unique journey. We begin with wherever you are emotionally, physically, energetically, and from there, explore what’s calling for change or nourishment.
