With nearly 20 years of yoga practice, 8 years of coaching, and 4 years of teaching, I’ve built my career at the intersection of movement, wellness, and whole-body healing. My background as an athlete taught me the discipline of strength and endurance, while yoga opened the door to embodiment, balance, and presence.

Today, I guide individuals and communities through my Whole-Body Wellness Blueprint, a framework built on five pillars:
