Healing With The Wellness Pillars

Eclipse season is here again, and whether you’re someone who follows the stars closely or simply notices life feeling more intense, this is a time of shifts, endings, and beginnings.

Eclipses are powerful markers of change. They stir the unseen, bring what’s been hidden into light, and remind us that transformation often requires release. While they can feel destabilizing, they’re also deeply supportive if we know how to meet them with intention.

First, I am not an astrologer, but I’ve studied and lived close to these cycles for years – weaving them into my own life, my family’s rhythms, and the way I guide others. As a 4/1 Splenic Projector in Human Design, my lens is always one of pattern-seeing, truth-telling, and gently pointing toward what will sustain us as humans.

Through the five pillars of whole-body wellness, we can walk through eclipse season grounded, nourished, and present.
